1. Who we are
The Next Path Global (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a visa consultancy that helps people with applications to Canada and the United Kingdom. Our office is at Office 33, First Floor, F-10 Markaz, opposite F-9 Park, Islamabad, Pakistan, and our website is www.thenextpathglobal.com.
We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy: we decide what is collected, why, and how it is handled. You can contact us about privacy at any time at info@thenextpathglobal.com.
In short: we collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and help with your application. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We message you on WhatsApp only if you have agreed to it, only about your own enquiry or application, and you can stop those messages at any time by replying STOP.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies when you:
- visit www.thenextpathglobal.com or send us an enquiry through it;
- contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or in person at our office;
- attend a consultation or engage us to help with a Canada or UK visa application; or
- are named in an application we help with — for example as a family member, sponsor or host.
It does not cover websites and services run by others, such as IRCC, the UK Home Office, universities, visa application centres or WhatsApp itself. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and city.
- Enquiry details — the service you are interested in and what you tell us about your situation.
- Application information (only if you become a client) — identity and passport details, education and test results, employment history, travel and visa history including refusals, family details, and financial evidence such as bank statements or sponsorship documents.
- Correspondence — emails, WhatsApp messages and notes from consultations.
3.2 Sensitive information
Some applications require especially sensitive information, such as medical examination results, tuberculosis (TB) test certificates or police certificates. We collect this only when your application needs it and with your explicit consent, and we restrict who can access it.
3.3 Information collected automatically
- When you use our website, our hosting provider’s servers record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the website working.
- When you submit our enquiry form, we record the date, time and IP address of the submission together with the consent choices you made, as a record of your consent.
- When you message us on WhatsApp, the platform provides message timestamps and delivery status.
3.4 Information from other people
We may receive information about you from a family member, sponsor, host, employer or educational institution involved in your application — but only where they are entitled to share it or you have asked them to.
4. How and why we use it
| What we do | Why we are allowed to |
|---|---|
| Reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation | You asked us to |
| Assess your eligibility and help prepare your application | To carry out our written agreement with you |
| Handle sensitive information needed for your application | Your explicit consent |
| Contact you on WhatsApp about your enquiry or application | Your opt-in consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Keep business, tax and accounting records | To meet our legal obligations |
| Protect our website and systems, and prevent spam and fraud | Our legitimate interest in operating securely |
We do not use your information for marketing without your permission, we do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information.
5. WhatsApp Business messaging
We may use WhatsApp Business, including the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta, to communicate with people who choose to contact us that way. Our official WhatsApp number is +92 346 9197348. This section explains exactly how we use it.
5.1 How you opt in
We will only message you on WhatsApp if you have given us your number and agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from us, in one of these ways:
- by ticking the optional WhatsApp consent box on our website enquiry form;
- by messaging us first on WhatsApp — including through a WhatsApp link, a QR code or a Click-to-WhatsApp advert; or
- by agreeing to WhatsApp contact in writing, for example in your service agreement.
When we ask for your consent, we make clear who we are, what kind of messages you will receive and how to stop them. We never buy or import phone number lists, and we never add you to a WhatsApp group or broadcast list without your permission.
5.2 Messages we send
- Replies to questions you have asked us.
- Confirmations and reminders for consultations or appointments you have booked.
- Updates about your own application, and requests for information we need from you.
5.3 Messages we never send
We do not send promotional or marketing messages, bulk broadcasts, or messages unrelated to your own enquiry or application. We never promise or guarantee visas, offer jobs or sponsorships, or claim influence over any government decision — on WhatsApp or anywhere else. Our use of WhatsApp follows the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
5.4 Information we will never ask for on WhatsApp
For your security, we will never ask you to send your full payment card number, bank account number, CNIC or passport number, passwords or one-time codes over WhatsApp. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of these, please don’t reply — email us to check.
5.5 Please don’t send documents on WhatsApp
Please don’t send passport copies, bank statements, medical reports or other personal documents over WhatsApp. If you become a client, we will give you a secure way to share them.
5.6 How to stop WhatsApp messages
Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, email info@thenextpathglobal.com, tell us in person, or block our number. We act on opt-out requests promptly and keep a record so that we don’t message you again. If you are an active client, opting out of WhatsApp does not end our work for you — we will keep you informed by email or phone instead.
5.7 Meta’s role
Messages sent through WhatsApp pass through systems operated by Meta, which processes them to provide the service under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not share your contact details with Meta for advertising or to build advertising audiences. If we use a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider to manage our messages, it may process them only on our instructions.
6. Our enquiry form and email
When you submit the enquiry form on our website, your details are sent over an encrypted connection to our own web server, which emails them to our business inbox. The form does not save your enquiry in a database and does not use a third-party form service. We also send you an automatic email confirming that we received your enquiry.
To block spam, the form uses a hidden check field and a short-lived, anonymised record that limits how many enquiries can be sent from one connection each hour. This record is not used for any other purpose.
7. Who we share information with
We share your information only when it is necessary, and only with:
- The governments you are applying to — Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the UK Home Office and UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) — when your application is submitted;
- Visa application centres that act on behalf of those governments, for biometrics and document handling;
- Universities, colleges and other institutions you ask us to help you apply to;
- Service providers that help us run our business — such as our website and email hosting provider, cloud storage and, if used, a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider — who may use it only to provide their service to us;
- Translators, panel physicians and TB testing clinics, where your application requires them and you ask us to arrange it; and
- Law enforcement agencies or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose it.
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with advertisers, data brokers or other agents for their own purposes.
8. International transfers
Because you are applying to visit, study, work or live in Canada or the United Kingdom, your information will be sent to those countries and processed by their authorities and institutions under their own laws. Some of our service providers may also store data outside Pakistan. When information leaves Pakistan, we share only what is needed and choose providers that protect it appropriately.
9. How long we keep information
- Enquiries that don’t lead to an engagement: kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up on your questions, then deleted.
- Client files: kept while we are working on your application and for up to 3 years after your file closes, in case you need copies, reapply, or raise a question or complaint. They are then securely deleted, or sooner if you ask and no legal reason requires us to keep them.
- WhatsApp conversations: kept with your enquiry or client file and deleted on the same schedule.
- Records of consent and opt-outs: kept for as long as needed to prove your choice and to make sure we respect it.
- Accounting and tax records: kept for the period required by Pakistani law.
10. How we protect information
We protect your information by limiting access to the people working on your file, using password-protected devices and accounts, encrypting connections to our website (HTTPS), and storing paper documents securely at our office. Everyone who handles client information must keep it confidential. No system is completely secure, but if a data breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you promptly and explain what we are doing about it.
11. Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal reasons;
- withdraw consent — including consent to WhatsApp messages — at any time;
- object to or restrict a particular use of your information; or
- provide a copy of your information so you can take it elsewhere.
Email info@thenextpathglobal.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, to protect your information from anyone pretending to be you. Making a request is free.
12. Children and young applicants
Our services are intended for adults. Some study applicants are under 18, and children may be included as dependants in a family application. In those cases we work with, and take instructions from, a parent or legal guardian. Anyone under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to contact us on their behalf rather than submitting our enquiry form themselves.
13. Cookies and third-party content
- No tracking or advertising cookies. Our website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel or similar tracking tools.
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google when you visit.
- Maps. The Google Map on our Contact page loads only if you click “Show map”. Google may then process your data under its own privacy policy.
If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the version and date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects how we use your information — for example a new purpose for WhatsApp messages — we will tell active clients directly and ask for fresh consent where it is needed.
