1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website www.thenextpathglobal.com and to the services of The Next Path Global (“we”, “us”, “our”), a visa consultancy at Office 33, First Floor, F-10 Markaz, opposite F-9 Park, Islamabad, Pakistan. You can contact us at info@thenextpathglobal.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry or contacting us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website. If you engage us, your written service agreement also applies — and if it conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement takes priority for that work.
3. Our services
We provide visa consultancy for Canada and the United Kingdom. Depending on your case, this may include:
- eligibility assessments and consultations;
- advice on choosing a suitable visa route, course or institution;
- document checklists and review of the documents you provide;
- help preparing and reviewing application forms before you submit them;
- preparation for interviews and biometrics appointments; and
- reviewing previous refusals and advising whether to reapply.
The exact scope of work for your case is set out in your written service agreement.
4. What we will never do
No one can guarantee a visa. Every decision is made by the government concerned — IRCC for Canada, and UK Visas and Immigration for the United Kingdom — based on the law and the facts of your case. Anyone who promises you a guaranteed approval is misleading you.
We will never:
- promise, guarantee or “arrange” a visa, permit, admission or approval;
- claim to have contacts or influence inside any government, embassy, high commission, visa application centre or university;
- offer to speed up processing, other than official priority services the government itself provides;
- create, obtain, alter or submit false, forged or misleading documents — including bank statements, experience letters, sponsorship or relationship evidence;
- advise you to hide or misstate any fact, including previous refusals;
- sell job offers, LMIAs, Certificates of Sponsorship or admissions, or act as a recruitment agency; or
- take on a case whose purpose is to get around Canadian or UK immigration law.
We are not a law firm or a government body, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for IRCC, the UK Home Office, UKVI or any embassy, high commission or visa application centre.
5. Authorised representation
Some countries limit who may represent applicants or give immigration advice for a fee. In Canada, only authorised representatives — licensed immigration consultants, lawyers and Québec notaries — may represent you or advise you for payment on a Canadian immigration application. In the United Kingdom, immigration advice given in the UK must come from a regulated adviser.
Where the law requires work on your application to be done by an authorised or regulated person, that work will be carried out by, or referred to, an appropriately authorised representative, and we will confirm their details to you in writing before you commit. You never need a representative to apply, and official forms and guidance are free on canada.ca and gov.uk. You can check whether a Canadian representative is authorised on IRCC’s website.
6. When you become a client
Browsing this website, sending an enquiry or messaging us does not make you our client. You become a client only when:
- we have given you a written service agreement setting out the scope of work and our fees; and
- you have accepted it and paid any amount it requires upfront.
Until then, any information we share is general and should not be relied on as advice for your case, and we are not monitoring any deadline for you. We may decline any enquiry — for example, if we don’t believe an application would be genuine or have a reasonable prospect of success.
7. Fees, payments and refunds
- Consultation fee: confirmed to you before you book a consultation.
- Service fees: set out in your written service agreement before any work starts. We will not charge extra for work within the agreed scope without your written agreement.
- Official and third-party fees are separate. Government visa fees, biometrics fees, the UK Immigration Health Surcharge, visa application centre charges, English test fees, medical examinations, TB tests, translations, courier and university fees are not part of our fees. Wherever possible, you pay them directly to the organisation concerned.
- Receipts: we provide a receipt for every payment made to us.
- Refunds: refund terms are set out in your written service agreement. Our fees pay for the work we do, not for a particular outcome, so a refusal is not on its own a reason for a refund.
Payment safety: only pay using the methods stated in your written service agreement, and always ask for a receipt. Never make a payment to anyone who contacts you from a phone number or email address that is not published on this website.
8. Your responsibilities
If you use our services, you agree to:
- give us complete, truthful and accurate information, and only genuine documents;
- tell us about every previous visa application and refusal for any country, and any criminal record, medical condition or immigration issue that may be relevant;
- tell us promptly if your circumstances change;
- respond to our requests and meet agreed deadlines;
- attend biometrics, medical examinations, interviews and appointments as required;
- check your application carefully before it is submitted — you are responsible for its contents and for any declaration you sign; and
- tell us if anyone else is advising you on the same application.
9. Honesty and misrepresentation
False information has serious consequences. In Canada, misrepresenting or withholding material facts can make a person inadmissible for five years. In the United Kingdom, using deception in an application can lead to future applications being refused for up to ten years. Visas already issued can also be cancelled.
If we believe any information or document is false or misleading, we will not use it, and we may end our services. We would rather lose a client than put an applicant at risk of a ban.
10. WhatsApp and other communication
- Consent first. We message you on WhatsApp only if you have opted in — by ticking the box on our enquiry form, by messaging us first, or by agreeing in writing.
- Service messages only. Replies, appointment reminders, updates about your application and requests for information. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Opt out at any time. Reply STOP, email us or tell us in person. Opting out doesn’t end our services; we will contact you by email or phone instead.
- No sensitive numbers. We never ask for full card numbers, bank account numbers, CNIC or passport numbers, passwords or one-time codes over WhatsApp.
- Not for documents or urgent matters. Please don’t send documents over WhatsApp. A WhatsApp message is not a formal submission to any authority and does not stop any deadline.
- Check it’s really us. We only contact you from info@thenextpathglobal.com and +92 346 9197348 (phone and WhatsApp).
- Platform rules. Our use of WhatsApp follows the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms, which we do not control.
General information shared informally by message is not advice on your case. Advice you can rely on is given in a consultation and under your written service agreement.
11. Using this website
You agree not to:
- submit false information, or anyone else’s details without their permission;
- use our forms to send spam, advertising or harmful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its server, or disrupt how it works;
- copy or republish our content or design for commercial use without our permission; or
- pretend to be The Next Path Global, or suggest a connection with us that doesn’t exist.
12. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and name on this website belong to The Next Path Global unless stated otherwise. Photographs are used under licence. Names such as IRCC, the UK Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, WhatsApp and Meta belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe services — their use does not mean that any of them endorses us.
13. Official information and other websites
We link to official government websites and other resources for your convenience, but we don’t control them. Visa requirements, fees and processing times change regularly, and the official websites — canada.ca for Canada and gov.uk for the United Kingdom — are always the authoritative source.
14. Disclaimer
Information on this website is general and is not legal advice or advice about your specific situation. We work to keep it accurate, but immigration rules change often and we cannot promise that every page is up to date at the moment you read it. The website is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable.
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud. Subject to that, we are not responsible for:
- decisions made by IRCC, UKVI, any other authority or any institution;
- delays or changes caused by governments, visa application centres, universities, clinics or couriers;
- changes in law, policy, fees or processing times;
- losses caused by information or documents you gave us that were incomplete, inaccurate or false;
- reliance on general information on this website instead of advice given under a written service agreement; or
- indirect losses, such as lost earnings or opportunities.
If we are found liable in connection with work we carried out for you, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for that work, as far as the law allows.
16. Ending our services
You may end our services at any time by telling us in writing; fees for work already completed remain payable under your service agreement. We may stop acting for you if you ask us to do something dishonest or unlawful, give us false information, don’t provide what we need, don’t pay agreed fees after a reminder, or behave abusively towards our team. If either of us ends the engagement, we will confirm it in writing and return any original documents you gave us.
17. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please email info@thenextpathglobal.com with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to give you a full response within 14 days. Making a complaint will never affect how we treat you.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any rights you may have under the law of the country where you live.
19. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version and date at the top of this page show when they last changed. Changes do not affect a written service agreement already in place unless you agree to them.
