UK routes

How we help with each UK visa route

UK applications are assessed strictly on the evidence you provide. Here is what each route involves — and how we help you get it right.

For students

Student visa

The Student visa is for courses with a licensed student sponsor. You will need a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), evidence of your English language ability, and proof that you have held enough money for your course fees and living costs — usually for at least 28 consecutive days. Applicants resident in Pakistan also need a tuberculosis (TB) test certificate from an approved clinic.

Good to know: most students can now bring family members only if they are studying a postgraduate research course. We will check what applies to you.

How we help

  • University and course shortlisting that matches your academic profile
  • Understanding the offer, deposit and CAS stages
  • Financial evidence that meets the 28-day requirement
  • Preparation for university credibility interviews
  • Visa application review, plus TB test and appointment guidance
For visitors

Standard Visitor visa

The Standard Visitor visa covers tourism, visiting family and friends, business meetings and certain other short activities, usually for up to 6 months. You need to show that your visit is genuine, that you will leave the UK at the end of it, and that you can support yourself during your stay.

Best for: tourists, family visitors and business travellers with clear plans and strong ties to home.

How we help

  • A clear, honest explanation of your visit purpose and itinerary
  • Invitation and sponsor letters from your UK hosts
  • Evidence of your employment, business, family and property ties
  • Presenting financial documents and travel history accurately
  • Application form review and a tailored document checklist
For skilled workers

Skilled Worker visa

The Skilled Worker visa requires a genuine job offer from a Home Office–licensed sponsor, a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), a job at the required skill level, a salary that meets the relevant threshold, and English language ability. Requirements for these routes have changed significantly in recent years.

Best for: professionals who already hold a genuine job offer from a licensed UK sponsor.

Never pay for a Certificate of Sponsorship

Selling job offers or sponsorship is one of the most common visa scams. A licensed sponsor must not charge you for your CoS. You can check any employer on the official register of licensed sponsors.

How we help

  • Checking your employer on the official register of licensed sponsors
  • Understanding the skill, salary and English requirements for your role
  • Reviewing the details on your Certificate of Sponsorship
  • Preparing your visa application and supporting documents
  • Guidance for eligible family members applying as dependants
For partners & families

Family visa

A family visa lets you join a partner or family member who is a British citizen or settled in the UK. Partners generally need to show a genuine relationship, meet a financial requirement and the English language requirement, and have suitable accommodation.

Best for: spouses, civil partners, unmarried partners and fiancé(e)s of British citizens or people settled in the UK.

How we help

  • Checking eligibility against the current financial requirement
  • Organising genuine relationship evidence
  • English language and accommodation evidence
  • Reviewing your sponsor’s documents and financial evidence
  • Application form review and a complete document checklist

Before your consultation

Documents worth gathering

You don’t need everything on day one. Bringing what you already have helps us give you a more accurate assessment.

  • Valid passport, plus any old passports with previous visas
  • Educational certificates, transcripts and any English test results
  • Letters for any previous visa refusals, from any country
  • An up-to-date CV, genuine employment letters or business records
  • Evidence of funds you genuinely hold — bank statements, income or property records
  • Family documents, such as a NADRA Family Registration Certificate or marriage certificate

Please bring these to your consultation, or share them only through the secure method we give you. Don’t send documents through the website form or WhatsApp.

UK rules change often

The Home Office updates the Immigration Rules, salary thresholds and fees regularly. We check the latest official guidance before advising you — and you can check current processing times yourself on GOV.UK.

Protect yourself from visa fraud

Only UK Visas and Immigration decides applications. Walk away from anyone who guarantees approval, sells a job offer or sponsorship, or asks you to use false documents. Deception in an application can lead to future UK refusals for up to ten years.
